Our team receives on-going training in food safety, cleaning procedures, and best practices of the hospitality industry. We also ensure our team is fully versed in the most current hygiene regimens recommended by the CDC

What’s going to happen if I book my cake with you, and I need to cancel my wedding/party due to no one coming due to COVID-19?

If you are currently booked with us and wish to reschedule/downsize/cancel your order with us, you will be offered full credit for any money paid to us in the form of store credit. This credit can be used on any products/services we offer in the future. You may use the credit for multiple purchases at their current market value.

We have been doing our best to work with our customers on a case-by-case basis as this situation continues to evolve rapidly. But please keep in mind we are a small business…

Should you wait to book us to “see what happens” with COVID-19?

We recommend not waiting. If you have to reschedule, then reschedule when that time comes. Don’t miss out on getting us for your event. We are very close to being sold out for 2020 and 2021 is filling up fast!

Consultations?

While we are not booking in person tastings/consultations we will be doing these via zoom and scheduling pick ups of our “Tasting to go” boxes

However, if you are still hesitant about going out in public we can always do the consultation over the phone or through e-mail, just give us a call and let us know!!!

All issues must must be addressed within 7 days of receipt of good/ date of service
